Polirim has implemented the moulding line for SMC (sheet moulding compound)  in co-operation with the company R-composite for the production of OEM parts for agriculture and industry machines.

Mercedes has signed the order for the supply of the front bumper in pDCPD of the truck showed below for a total qty of 15.000 pcs/ year. Samples have been delivered with great success.

Volkswagen has signed the order “to Polirim do Brazil” for the supply of the sunvison in DCPD that is assembled on the Constellation track showed below.

AGCO has signed the first order “to Polirim do Brasil” for the supply of the engine bonnets in DCPD of its tractor produced in Canoas.

Polirim has signed a JV with a Brazilian company specialized in RIM moulding production. The new company is named “POLIRIM DO BRASIL” and it will be based in Caxias do Sul near to Porto Alegre. The new plant of 5.000 m² will start the production within beginning of 2009 to produce OEM parts in DCPD-telene .
